Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/4 cup whole buttermilk
- 3 tbsp. canola mayo
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
Directions

Whisk together cilantro, buttermilk, mayo, vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic in a medium bowl.

Combine romaine, radishes and carrots. Divide among 4 plates and drizzle with dressing.
