Miso Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canola mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced fresh chives
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Place mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, miso, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender; process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Stir in chives and pepper. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
