Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 lb. beef flank steak
- 2 pkg (5.8 oz. each) roasted garlic and olive oil couscous
- 3/4 cup diced roasted sweet red pepper, drained
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions

Preheat broiler. Mix the first five ingredients; rub over steak. Place on a broiler pan.

Broil 2-3 inches from heat until meat reaches desired doneness, 6-8 minutes per side. Let stand 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the couscous as directed. Stir in red pepper. Slice steak thinly across the grain; drizzle with dressing. Serve with couscous.
