Breakfast Pesto Pizzas with Bacon, Ham and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package Smithfield Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 8 slices Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 3/4 cup pesto
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. Smithfield Boneless Ham Steak, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium-high, breaking up with a spoon, until cooked. Transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, cook bacon over medium-high until almost crisp. Divide dough into 4 pieces; on floured surface, stretch into 8-inch rounds. Transfer to oiled baking sheets. Spread with pesto. Add mozzarella, zucchini, meats and eggs. Bake until eggs are set, about 12 minutes. Top with parsley.
