Ingredients
- 12 oz. package Smithfield Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 8 slices Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 3/4 cup pesto
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. Smithfield Boneless Ham Steak, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Preheat oven to 450. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium-high, breaking up with a spoon, until cooked. Transfer to a plate. In the same skillet, cook bacon over medium-high until almost crisp. Divide dough into 4 pieces; on floured surface, stretch into 8-inch rounds. Transfer to oiled baking sheets. Spread with pesto. Add mozzarella, zucchini, meats and eggs. Bake until eggs are set, about 12 minutes. Top with parsley.
