Ingredients
- 3 tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 oz. mixed salad greens
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts, such as walnuts or hazelnuts
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk the shallots, vinegar and tarragon. Slowly whisk in the oil until blended. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Toss with the greens and radishes; season. Top with the toasted nuts.
