Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup salsa verde
- 1 pineapple ring
- 6 tostadas
- Mexican crema, shredded lettuce and sliced red onion, for serving
Directions

Toss chicken with oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder and kosher salt.

Grill the chicken over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes per side; chop and toss with salsa verde. Grill pineapple until charred, 2 minutes per side; chop.

Divide among tostadas. Top toppings.
