Ingredients
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup trimmed watercress
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp jalapeno hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Chopped chives
Directions

Puree cream cheese in a mini food processor with watercress, sour cream, hot sauce and kosher salt; spread on 4 slices of bread. Top with cucumber and sprinkle with chives; season with salt and pepper. Top with 4 more slices bread; trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
