Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar
- 2 tbsp half-and-half
- 8 slices potato bread
- Sliced country ham
- Sliced seeded jalapenos
- Hot pepper jelly
Directions

Puree cheddar in a mini food processor with half-and-half until smooth; spread on 4 slices of bread. Top with ham and jalapenos. Top with 4 more slices of bread spread with hot pepper jelly. Trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
