Country Hame and Pepper Jam Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half
  • 8 slices potato bread
  • Sliced country ham
  • Sliced seeded jalapenos
  • Hot pepper jelly

Directions

  1. Puree cheddar in a mini food processor with half-and-half until smooth; spread on 4 slices of bread. Top with ham and jalapenos. Top with 4 more slices of bread spread with hot pepper jelly. Trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
