Roast Beef with Beet Horseradish Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/4 cup beet horseradish
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 slices pumpernickel bread
  • Thinly sliced scallions
  • Chopped dill
  • Deli-sliced roast beef
  • Thinly sliced radishes

Directions

  1. Mix butter with horseradish and a pinch of salt; spread on 8 slices of bread. Top 4 of the slices with scallions, dill and roast beef. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a layer of radishes. Top with the remaining bread; trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
