Ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1/4 cup beet horseradish
- Pinch of salt
- 8 slices pumpernickel bread
- Thinly sliced scallions
- Chopped dill
- Deli-sliced roast beef
- Thinly sliced radishes
Directions

Mix butter with horseradish and a pinch of salt; spread on 8 slices of bread. Top 4 of the slices with scallions, dill and roast beef. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a layer of radishes. Top with the remaining bread; trim the crusts and cut into pieces.
