Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 C. semolina flour
  • 1 1/2 t. yeast
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 2 t. salt

Directions

  1. Mix flours and yeast

  2. add water, then oil and salt

  3. mix two minutes

  4. rise thirty minutes

  5. rest 20 minutes

  6. form

  7. bake
