Cheesy Stuffed Baby Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. mini sweet bell peppers
  • 4 oz. herbed cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

  2. Spread the herbed cheese inside the pepper halves. Sprinkle with the chives.
