Pork with spinach

Serves 5 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • Seasoning salt
  • Spinach

Directions

  1. Cook chops in oil for about five minutes on each side and sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt. Add spinach in the last couple of minutes. Serve with couscous.
