Pork with spinach

Ingredients
- 4 Pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
- Seasoning salt
- Spinach
Directions

Cook chops in oil for about five minutes on each side and sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt. Add spinach in the last couple of minutes. Serve with couscous.
