Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove
- Pinch of cayenne
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
Directions

Pulse feta in a food processor with peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic and cayenne until almost smooth. Add parsley and season with salt; pulse to combine.
