Greek Red Pepper Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Pulse feta in a food processor with peppers, olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic and cayenne until almost smooth. Add parsley and season with salt; pulse to combine.
