Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Directions

Preheat your oven to 400.

Grease a large baking sheet.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, sesame oil, Panko, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 eggs, garlic and green onions.

Shape this mixture into 1-2 inch balls, the size depending on your preference.

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until no longer pink on the inside.

While the meatballs are baking, mix together the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger.

When the meatballs are finishing baking, dip each one in the sauce and place on a serving dish.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the meatballs.
