Ingredients
- 1 lb. zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1" piece of ginger, peeled and minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Stir in the ginger and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the zucchini and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Stir well.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Top with fresh cilantro before serving.
