Ingredients
- 12 oz. sliced flank steak
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
- 6 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
- 6 scallions, chopped
Directions

Season steak with salt and pepper. Stir-fry in oil, 2 minutes; remove. Add more oil; stir-fry mushrooms and ginger, 3-4 minutes. Add hoisin sauce, chili-garlic sauce, steak and scallions; toss to heat through.
