Ingredients
- 4 hass avocados
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo (See recipe)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- black pepper, to taste
Directions

Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a bowl and smash with a fork. Add pico, olive oil, salt and pepper; stir well. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface until ready to serve.
