Ingredients
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Tiny pinch of kosher salt
- 3 tbsp whole milk
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Sprinkles, for serving
- Ice cream, for serving

In a 12-oz. microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Stir with a fork then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Stir until it just comes together then add the chocolate chips and stir.

Microwave for 90 seconds. Let it sit for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, just to cool off a bit. Pile in the whipped cream and sprinkles.
