Broccoli w/pine nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • .25 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbls olive oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Thin sliced garlic and broccoli

  2. Heat pan and toast pine nuts then add cayenne

  3. Add broccoli and saute on high about two min

  4. Transfer all to a bowl and add lemon and salt

  5. Serve immediately
