Garlicky Sweet-Hot Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove, grated

Directions

  1. Combine dry mustard, water, honey, vinegar, salt and garlic in a large bowl; whisk until well blended. Let stand at room temp 15 minutes to “activate” the mustard. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
