Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, grated
Directions

Combine dry mustard, water, honey, vinegar, salt and garlic in a large bowl; whisk until well blended. Let stand at room temp 15 minutes to “activate” the mustard. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
