Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, for serving

Preheat oven to 450. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries. Combine with cornstarch, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag; seal bag, and turn to coat. Spread in an even layer on 2 rimmed baking sheets; drizzle each with canola oil, and toss to coat. Bake 22-25 minutes, stirring 3 times. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
