Smoked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichokes, drained
- 2/3 cup diced onion
- 6 pieces cooked, chopped bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tso. white vinegar
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
- 1/a tsp. dried basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions

Quarter artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs (which are sprinkled on top) in iron skillet. Place in smoker at 225 degrees 1-3 hours.
