Ingredients
- 13.8 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. pepperoni, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder with parsley
Directions
-
On a lightly floured surface, pat dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle. Spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with basil. Top with cheeses, pepperoni, and bacon. Starting at one long side, roll up dough into a log, pinching seams to seal. Cut 4 diagonal slits in top of dough.
-
Place log on a large sheet of heavy duty foil. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Wrap foil around log to completely enclose and seal tightly.
-
Grill over fire for 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to prevent dough from burning. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
