Ingredients
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 lb diced ham
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 lbs cod, cut into large cubes
- 1 pkg frozen corn
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Directions

Melt butter, add olive oil. Saute onions, then add and saute celery, then add ham. Sprinkle flour over veggies and saute, then add milk and stir til smooth. Add hot broth. When thickened, add cod and pepper and simmer until cod is just cooked.
