Pan-Seared Arkanss Ribeye

Ingredients
- 1 large butcher-cut ribeye steak, 1 3/4 to 2 inches thick (room temp.)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. of your favorite steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter (room temperature)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season the steak with salt and pepper and/ or your favorite seasoning. Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle on the stove top for 10 minutes or until it I white hot. Sear on side of the steak in the skillet for 4 minutes, and flip. After flipping, place the skillet in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes. Top the steak with the butter and it’s ready tp enjoy at medium rare.
