Stir-’n-Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Additional sugar
Directions

at oven to 400.

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, the oil, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and eggs in large bowl with spoon.

Stir in flour.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 in apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Press bottom of glass onto dough to grease, then dip into additional sugar; press on balls of dough to make 1/4 in thick.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
