Shredded Beef

If you want more veggies built into this dish, add one or two sliced onions to the bottom of your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lb. beef chuck roast
  • 2 cups prepared salsa

Directions

  1. Place the meat into the slow cooker insert and add the salsa. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Your meat is finished cooking when it has relaxed and begun to lose shape.

  2. Shred the meat completely using two forks.
