Ingredients
- 3 firm avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
- Hot sauce, to taste

Drizzle avocados with oil; season with salt. Grill, cutside down, over high heat until just charred, about 2 minutes. Garnish with remaining ingredients.
