Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic cloves, grated
- 3/4 lb. medium asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tsp lemon zest, plus 1 tsp juice
- 2 tbsp chopped toasted pistachios
- 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
- Pinch of Aleppo pepper

In a bowl, mix oil and garlic. Toss asparagus with 2 tbsp garlic oil; season. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a platter. Top with remaining ingredients and remaining 1 tbsp garlic oil.
