Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved and pitted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Vegetables, crackers, and/or tortilla chips, for serving
Directions

Scoop the avocados out of the shells into a food processor. Add the sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Puree the dip; season with salt and pepper. Serve with veggies, crackers, and/or chips.
