Ingredients
- 6 oz. fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups kefir
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup granola

In a small saucepan, cook first 3 ingredients and 1 tbsp. water over medium, stirring often, until jammy, about 10 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk kefir and honey; pour into ice pop molds. Freeze until slushy, about 1 hour. Divide blueberries among molds. Using skewer, stir a few times to swirl. Top with granola, pressing gently to adhere granola to ice pop mixture. Insert ice pop sticks. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
