Fish Sandwiches

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/4 c tartar sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 4 (3oz) fish fillets
- 4 toasted sandwich buns
- tomato
- lettuce
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 and spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine tartar sauce and lemon juice in a shallow pan.

Coat fillets with tartar sauce mixture then roll in bread crumbs to coat.

Place in prepared pan.

Bake at 450 for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Serve on toasted sandwich buns with tomato, cucumber, tartar sauce, and lettuce.
