Fish Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c tartar sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 4 (3oz) fish fillets
  • 4 toasted sandwich buns
  • tomato
  • lettuce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 and spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. Combine tartar sauce and lemon juice in a shallow pan.

  3. Coat fillets with tartar sauce mixture then roll in bread crumbs to coat.

  4. Place in prepared pan.

  5. Bake at 450 for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

  6. Serve on toasted sandwich buns with tomato, cucumber, tartar sauce, and lettuce.
