Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt, divided
- 1 1/4 lbs. beef top sirloin steak
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 mediums sweet yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
Directions

Combine chili sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp salt; brush over steak. Broil steak 4-6 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion and green and yellow peppers in olive oil until tender. Add garlic, pepper and remaining salt; cook for 1 minute longer. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish. Slice steak and serve with pepper mixture and sauce.
