Ranch Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut-up carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp ranch seasoning

Directions

  1. Toss carrots with olive oil. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Roast at 425 until tender, 25-30 minutes. This works with almost any vegetable that’s suitable for roasting.
