Ingredients
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 ears fresh sweet corn, husks and silks removed

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Stir together Parmesan, mayo, chili powder, pepper and salt in a bowl. Brush mixture on corn. Wrap each ear in foil coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Grill foil-wrapped corn, turning occasionally, until kernels begin to brown, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan, if desired.
