Garlic Honey Vinaigrette

" Make salad dressing directly in a salad bowl before adding fresh lettuce, to keep the greens crisp and perky.
Season a wooden salad bowl by pressing a clove of garlic with a 1/2 tsp salt and rub into the bowl. "

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves pressed, chopped GARLIC
  • 1 Tbs HONEY
  • 1/4 cup TARRAGON VINEGAR
  • 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • HERBS fresh chopped
  • LETTUCES

Directions

  1. Thoroughly blend together the GARLIC and HONEY before adding VINEGAR, MUSTARD and EVOO. Season with fresh chopped HERBS and toss with lettuce torn into bite size pieces.
