Garlic Honey Vinaigrette

" Make salad dressing directly in a salad bowl before adding fresh lettuce, to keep the greens crisp and perky.
Season a wooden salad bowl by pressing a clove of garlic with a 1/2 tsp salt and rub into the bowl. "

Ingredients
- 3 cloves pressed, chopped GARLIC
- 1 Tbs HONEY
- 1/4 cup TARRAGON VINEGAR
- 1 tsp DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- HERBS fresh chopped
- LETTUCES
Directions

Thoroughly blend together the GARLIC and HONEY before adding VINEGAR, MUSTARD and EVOO. Season with fresh chopped HERBS and toss with lettuce torn into bite size pieces.
