Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 1 red bell pepper, quartered
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Chopped chives
Directions

Toss asparagus and red bell pepper with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning, until tender and charred, 3 minutes for the asparagus and 6 minutes for the pepper. Thinly slice the pepper and toss with olive oil and vinegar; spoon over the asparagus. Top with chives.
