Three-Tone Power Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 small green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded

Directions

  1. Whisk the mayo with the vinegar, mustard, Sriracha, sugar and celery seeds in a medium bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. Pour in the dressing and mix together. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
