Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp stone-ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1/2 small green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded

Whisk the mayo with the vinegar, mustard, Sriracha, sugar and celery seeds in a medium bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. Pour in the dressing and mix together. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
