Ingredients
- 2 tbsp softened butter
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 ears corn
Directions

Mix butter with scallion, Sriracha, and salt. Spread on corn. Wrap each ear tightly in foil. Grill over medium heat, turning halfway through, until tender, 10-15 minutes.
