Spicy Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 ears corn

Directions

  1. Mix butter with scallion, Sriracha, and salt. Spread on corn. Wrap each ear tightly in foil. Grill over medium heat, turning halfway through, until tender, 10-15 minutes.
