Ingredients
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 2 thin slices ginger
- 1/2 thinly sliced red jalapeno
- 1 broccoli stalk
- Salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
Directions

Place shallot, ginger and jalapeno on a sheet of foil. Top with broccoli, season with salt and drizzle with oil and water. Wrap tightly in the foil. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender, 12-15 minutes.
