Chile-Ginger Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 2 thin slices ginger
  • 1/2 thinly sliced red jalapeno
  • 1 broccoli stalk
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. Place shallot, ginger and jalapeno on a sheet of foil. Top with broccoli, season with salt and drizzle with oil and water. Wrap tightly in the foil. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender, 12-15 minutes.
