Meatball Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. meatloaf mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/4 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup warm marinara sauce
  • Slider buns
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Shredded Parmesan

Directions

  1. Mix meatloaf mix with grated parmesan, panko, parsley, milk, egg, kosher salt and black pepper. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 12). Bake at 425 until cooked through, 13-15 minutes. Toss with marinara. Place each meatball on a slider bun bottom and top with mozzarella and parmesan; broil until melted, then add the buns tops.
