Ingredients
- 1 lb. meatloaf mix
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup warm marinara sauce
- Slider buns
- Shredded mozzarella
- Shredded Parmesan
Directions

Mix meatloaf mix with grated parmesan, panko, parsley, milk, egg, kosher salt and black pepper. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 12). Bake at 425 until cooked through, 13-15 minutes. Toss with marinara. Place each meatball on a slider bun bottom and top with mozzarella and parmesan; broil until melted, then add the buns tops.
