Ingredients
- 1 lb. chopped sandwich steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Velveeta
- Slider buns
Directions

10 Season steak with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown in vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat until just cooked through, 3-4 minutes; remove. Add onion and peppers to the skillet; cook over medium-high heat until tender, 7 minutes. Stir in the steak and Velveeta. Place on buns with more Velveeta.
