Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp barbecue seasoning
- 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Slider buns
- Pickles
Directions

Rub pork tenderloin all over with barbecue seasoning. Grill over medium heat, turning, until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes, then thinly slice. Toss cabbage with barbecue sauce and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Place the pork on buns with more barbecue sauce, pickles and coleslaw.
