Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- Vegetable oil
- 8 oz. jar taco sauce
- 1/2 to 1 chopped chipotle in adobo, plus 2 tbsp adobo sauce
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw
Directions

Saute onion in vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over high heat until softened, 5 minutes. Add taco sauce, chipotles and adobo sauce and bring to a simmer. Add chicken. Cook, stirring, until heated through, 2 minutes. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
