Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- Sliced cheddar
- Mini bagels, toasted and buttered
- Bacon
Directions

Lightly beat eggs with milk and salt. Melt butter in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook, undisturbed, until just set, 3-4 minutes. Top with cheddar; broil until melted. Cut the eggs into 2-inch squares; place on bagels with bacon.
