Ingredients
- 3 cups finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 8 burger buns, split and grilled
- Escarole or radicchio, tomato slices, sriracha mayo, and/or other toppings as desired
Directions

Stir together mushrooms, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a large bowl. With moistened hands, add beef and gently mix just until evenly combined. Pat into eight 1/2-inch thick patties.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil grate. Add patties; cover grill and cook 5-7 minutes per side. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
