Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) bone-in pork loin chops
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened apple juice
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire

Directions

  1. Put pork in a large Ziploc bag set in a shallow dish. Stir together brown sugar, mustard, apple juice, and Worcestershire in a bowl until smooth. Pour two-thirds of sauce over pork in a bag. Seal bag, massage to coat, and chill 4-24 hours. Cover and chill remaining sauce.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat. Remove pork from bag, shaking off and discarding excess marinade. Lightly oil grate and add pork. Cover grill and cook, basting occasionally with reserved sauce, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from gill; let stand 5 minutes.
