Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. jar diced pimientos peppers, drained
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with a mixer at medium speed until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
