Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, divided
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp light butter, melted and divided
- 15.25 oz. box yellow cake mix
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla bean Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with baking spray with flour.

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, 1 egg and 1/4 cup melted butter; stir into cake mix until combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.

In another large bowl, beat cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar, yogurt, vanilla and remaining 1 tbsp melted butter, beating until combined. Spread mixture onto batter.

Bake until center is slightly gooey, 20-25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour; serve with berries.
