Slow Cooker Meatball Sub

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • Sub buns
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Add meatballs, spaghetti sauce, onion, and Italian seasoning to slow cooker.

  2. Cover.

  3. Cook on high for three or four hours.

  4. When ready to serve, slice buns.

  5. Scoop meatballs inside.

  6. Dollop sauce over the top.

  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

  8. Place in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese.
